Rhinostone Cowboy

Dennis and James

Dennis, a wild white rhino who has befriended James Ndlovu and even lets the lucky gamekeeper ride on his back across the african plains. Though the rhino is usually a ferocious animal and best avoided, the love affair between animal and human started when James nursed Dennis back to health after the he was attacked by a fellow rhino at the Mohololo Reserve in South Africa.

Kenya's Hotel with a difference

Giraffe Manor, an exclusive boutique hotel, is surrounded by 140 acres of indigenous forest just outside Kenya's capital, Nairobi. The hotel, famous for it’s resident heard of endangered Rothschild giraffe. The Rothschild giraffe, the tallest of all the giraffe species, is the second most endangered subspecies of giraffe and there are only a few hundred of them left on earth.
